project Ca$hback raced at Bug Jam 2001
Ca$hback made its Drag strip debut at Santa Pod Raceway during Bug Jam 2001.
However as expected some teething problems occured and no record breaking times were achieved. There were problems with gear selection, keeping it in gear, and the twin carb linkage. Even so the car had made it onto the track within 1 year, from initial conception to track debut, which was a great achievement.
